Netball Skills Sessions

Skills Sessions are exactly what the title says, one-off or multiple sessions that focus on whatever skills you request, don’t be shy - tell us what you want!

These sessions can be requested by your team, club, friends group or whoever.

Netball Carnivals

Netball carnivals are held during the school holidays - giving you that netball fix when schools out.

We focus on basic and fundamental skills, attack and defence techniques, body balance and game play but most of all having fun! We like to keep things interesting so come along, bring your friends we can't wait to meet you.

Netball BOOST Programs

Our 6 week BOOST program is all about growing your netball game. The aim of BOOST is to prepare players to reach their full potential on and off the court. Our focus during these 6 sessions is on developing and mastering correct technique of basic netball skills, attack and defence strategies, court spacial awareness, decision making, communication, building confident players and goal setting.

Pre-Season Netball Training

Our HeadStart pre-season programs are tailor made to you and your school/team, including skills or fitness or both.

We want to prepare you for trials and the season ahead with a strong focus on nailing those basic skills, footwork, ball handling, fitness, attacking and defence techniques.

Pre - season programs run for 6 weeks, during Term 1

One-on-One Coaching

Training with your team and working together as a unit while building good team chemistry is important for every sports player. 

However, every player has individual needs, when it comes to their specific position and the goals they want to achieve within their sport. This is where working 1 on 1 with a coach is invaluable and highly beneficial to a player’s effort in developing his or her skills.

The benefits of 1 on 1 training are instrumental for a player to reach his or her personal goals. When you work 1 on 1 with a coach he or she can work closely with you to make sure you are engaging in the proper exercises and drills that will take your efforts to the next level. It allows the coach to assess areas that you could improve on, focusing on your individual skills and fundamentals and help you improve.
