The beginning of the season is just around the corner so what better way to prepare yourself than at our 6 week pre-season skills program.

Focusing on the basic fundamental skills needed before you step on that court. Come and join us to get ready for the 2021 season.

Age: This program is available for school year 7 and 8 players.

Sessions will run every Thursday 4pm - 5pm for 6 weeks, first session is Thursday 11th February.

Our Netball Development programme is for players in year 7 - 8 and 9 - 10 at school to develop their fundamental netball skills. Individual sessions have been developed to progressively teach the skills appropriate to their age and ability level with a focus on netball specific games. 

This is a 6 week program, 1 session per week, 60 minute sessions. Our Netball Development program is all about growing your netball game, working on those basic skills, putting them into practice with fun and innovative game play.

Available for years 7/8 and 9/10. $70 per person.

Term 3 sessions:

Year 7/8 - Tuesday 28th July - Tuesday 1st September - 4pm - 5pm

Year 9/10 - Tuesday 28th May - Tuesday 1st September - 5pm - 6pm

HeadStart pre-season Rugby program will get you set for the 2020 season.

Our Christchurch sessions are based at the Hagley Park (exact details TBC). These sessions run for 6 weeks (1 session per week), Tuesday 11th February - Tuesday 17th March 2020.

We want to prepare you for the season ahead. Focus of the 6 week program include neck and shoulder stability,hip mobility, running technique and speed/agility, as well as:

• Catch/pass skills and hand/eye coordination

• decision making on attack/defence skills

• Contact safety: Ball into contact, clean out and tackle technique

• Scrum safety (with specific front row coaching)

This program is open to players in school years 7-10.

2 day rugby clinic in the school holidays!

We are excited to bring you our HeadStart Rugby Holiday Program for the first time in North Canterbury, 2 days of all things rugby encompassing the two pillars of HeadStart Rugby, Enjoyment and Safety.

Suitable for school years 7 - 10

Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th July 9 am - 3pm.

A great opportunity to complement your rugby skills for the final stages of your season.
