A great opportunity to fine tune those skills leading into the 2020 season.
HeadStart pre-season Rugby program will get you set for the 2020 season.
Our Christchurch sessions are based at the Hagley Park (exact details TBC). These sessions run for 6 weeks (1 session per week), Tuesday 11th February - Tuesday 17th March 2020.
We want to prepare you for the season ahead. Focus of the 6 week program include neck and shoulder stability,hip mobility, running technique and speed/agility, as well as:
Catch/pass skills and hand/eye coordination
decision making on attack/defence skills
Contact safety: Ball into contact, clean out and tackle technique
Scrum safety (with specific front row coaching)
This program is open to players in school years 7-10.
2 day rugby clinic in the school holidays!

Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th July 9 am - 3pm.
